Skip the mess on the grill. Seriously.

  1. Set oven to 275.
  2. Sprinkle seasoning on all sides of ribs while placing in tin foil pan.
  3. Cover with tin foil.
  4. Place in over for 2 1/2 hours covered.
  5. Remove ribs from the pan – there will be a lot of grease in the pan – just let it sit on the counter until it hardens and throw out. DO NOT put grease down your drain...said the plumbing experts 😊.
  6. Serve with your favorite side dishes.

For larger gatherings I put a BBQ sauce in a dixie cup, then 3 bite-size pcs of rib with a toothpick or spear for appetizers. Always a hit.
