Skip the mess on the grill. Seriously.
- Set oven to 275.
- Sprinkle seasoning on all sides of ribs while placing in tin foil pan.
- Cover with tin foil.
- Place in over for 2 1/2 hours covered.
- Remove ribs from the pan – there will be a lot of grease in the pan – just let it sit on the counter until it hardens and throw out. DO NOT put grease down your drain...said the plumbing experts 😊.
- Serve with your favorite side dishes.
For larger gatherings I put a BBQ sauce in a dixie cup, then 3 bite-size pcs of rib with a toothpick or spear for appetizers. Always a hit.
