2 Sweet Potatoes, peeled & cut into 1/4-inch slices

Step 1
Preheat an outdoor grill to medium-high and lightly oil the grate.
Step 2
Whisk olive oil, garlic, cumin, chili powder, salt and black pepper together in a large bowl. Add sweet potatoes and stir until thoroughly coated.
Step 3
Place coated sweet potatoes on the preheated grill to cook. Flip every 5 min., until crisp around the edges and tender in the middle (approx. 15 - 20 min.).
