Keto Slow Cooker Crack Chicken
Ingredients
2 lbs boneless chicken breast
2 8 oz blocks cream cheese cubed
½ cup water
2 tbsp vinegar apple cider or white
1 tbsp dried chives
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp dried red pepper flakes
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
½ cup cheddar cheese shredded and separated
¼ cup green onion
Directions
Place the chicken breast in the slow cooker in a single layer.
Sprinkle the chicken with the seasonings. Pour in vinegar and add cream cheese on top.
Cook the chicken for 3-4 hours on high or 6 hours on low, until chicken is thoroughly cooked and easy to shred.
Shred with a fork and stir together. Add some of the cheese (leaving the rest for garnish).
Top with green onions and extra red pepper flakes if desired.
