Ingredients

Apple Filling

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1-1/2 cup apple slices
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp. nutmeg

Pancake Batter

  • 1 cup Complete Pancake Mix
  • 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Topping

  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. cinnamon

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 350°F. Melt butter in 9" pie pan. Stir in apples, 1/2 cup sugar, 1/2 tsp. cinnamon, and 1/4 tsp. nutmeg. Bake for 10 minutes.
  2. Combine batter ingredients and blend well.
  3. Pour evenly over cooked apple filling.
  4. Blend topping ingredients, in a small bowl and sprinkle over batter.
  5. Bake 15 to 20 minutes.
  6. Serve with cherry sauce or raspberry syrup.
