GERHARD’S KITCHEN, BATH & LIGHTING STORE eCOMMERCE RETURN POLICY
We hope that you are thrilled with your purchase! In the event you are not, please consult our product return policy below. Returns will be processed in accordance with our General Terms and Conditions of Sale. Begin your return by filling out our online Request For Return Form.
- Defective Product
For example: product is chipped, scratched, dented, or does not properly function.
Please immediately contact our Gerhard’s Client Services Department at email@example.com to initiate a warranty claim. As a professional courtesy, Gerhard’s will facilitate the warranty process between you and the product manufacturer. The process will be governed by the manufacturer’s warranty policy, a copy of which we are happy to provide. Keep the product, paperwork (including installation paperwork), and packaging material until we receive clear instructions from the manufacturer.
- Product Not What You Ordered
For example, you ordered ABC cabinets, but XYZ cabinets were delivered.
Please immediately contact our Gerhard’s Client Services Department at firstname.lastname@example.org to initiate a product exchange. You must notify Gerhard’s of the nonconformity within 72 hours of delivery. The product must be returned undamaged, unused, and in its original packaging. Approved returns will receive a Return Authorization Code. You will not be charged additional shipping or a processing fee.
- You Changed Your Mind or Plans Were Modified For Reasons Beyond Gerhard’s Control
You must contact our Gerhard’s Client Services Department at email@example.com within 30 days of delivery to request a return authorization. Product must be returned undamaged, unused, and in its original packaging. Approved returns will receive a Return Authorization Code. You are responsible for transporting the product to our showroom. Shipping charges will apply if Gerhard’s agrees to pick up the product from your location. All returned items will incur a twenty five percent (25%) processing fee. Cash or credit will be given to you after we receive and inspect the returned product. SPECIAL ORDER PRODUCTS (as noted on the Sales order) ARE NOT RETURNABLE. Common special orders include sinks, bathtubs, countertops, and tile. Gerhard’s strongly encourages customers to speak to a qualified contractor about the project to confirm quantity, size, and other considerations before ordering product. We are happy to work directly with your contractor if you prefer.
