Kim’s interest in art and design began at five years old when her Mother enrolled her in Saturday art classes at The Art Institute of Chicago. Her passion for art continued throughout her school years but was put on the back-burner when she moved to New York to pursue a career in her other passion-dance- at age 18.
After a successful career dancing in Broadway musicals she entered college and graduated from Fashion Institute of Technology in New York with a degree in Textile/Surface Design. She went on to earn her BFA in Graphic Design at University of Wisconsin- Milwaukee winning awards for her designs at both schools.
Kim’s 18 years of experience working in the graphic and textile design fields have prepared her well for the world of kitchen and bath design. She uses her keen sense of color and texture to combine woods, tiles, and fixtures to create exciting kitchen and bath designs for her clients. Her easygoing personality and attention to detail make her a favorite among customers.
